No worries. Follow the next steps:

Technique 1:
1. Ejaculate. After ejaculation, most men lose erection fairly quickly.
2. If ejaculating is not possible or not helping, cold water and ice are your best friends. Cool down your member until you lose the erection.
3. If the above steps are still not working you will have to break the ring. Since Tungsten Carbide is extremely hard it will break before it will deform. Stand against a hard and sturdy surface and hit the ring with a hammer until it breaks.

Technique 2:
1. Push the penis into the body.
2. Maneuver the ring, so when the penis comes out, it is outside the ring. 
3. Next, pull as much of the scrotum into the ring.  Then, on the side with the smaller testicle pull some of the scrotum to the outside of the ring - enough to fit the testicle. 
4. Using the palm of your hand, gently push the testicle out of the ring.  The purpose of pulling the scrotum first, is to create a place for the testicle fit into.
